The Student Version for CSIM 20 has the following limitations. If you require additional functionality, please consider the Professional and Educational licenses.

Maximum # of events                100

Maximum # of mail boxes           50

Maximum # of messages        1000  (simultaneously active, not total)

Maximum # of servers              200

Maximum # of storages            100

 

The Student Version of CSIM for Java contains the same limitations as CSIM 20, with the following exception:
     CSIM for Java has no limit on the maximum # of processes.

The Student Edition does include one big benefit that the Professional version does not: one Student Version license allows the user to download all platforms of the software (Windows, Mac, Linux and Java).

If you purchase a student license and find this software inadequate for your project, you may purchase a single seat Education license, normally priced at $300, discounted by the amount spent for the Student license.

The CSIM 20 Student Edition is only available as a 32-bit version. If you need native 64-bit capabilities, you will need the Professional version.

CSIM for Java Student Version
CSIM for Java runs on any system with Java and a JVM installed; Java development kit (jdk) 1.4.1 or higher is required.
