EXTENDED SUPPORT
Basic support, which includes installation and bug-fix support
by e-mail, is free for one year with license purchase. An Extended
Support Agreement, which covers unlimited phone, fax, and email
support, bug-fix updates, and feature enhancement upgrades at
a 50% discount of published price, is also available. If purchased,
licensee must purchase one Extended Support Agreement for each
licensed seat at the site.
Extended support is $120 per license seat per year.

CSIM STUDENT LICENSE
The CSIM Student Version License is meant for use by students and educators of simulation modeling and system design. The student edition is a limited version of CSIM that is well suited for student use, but would not be appropriate for large-scale university or professional use.
Student edition licenses are $65 each.
CSIM CORPORATE SITE LICENSE
A corporate site license is meant for use on all workstations and all CSIM-supported environments by all employees at a single address. Please contact us for special pricing details.
CSIM DEVELOPER LICENSE
The CSIM Simulation Software for the Developer License is meant for organizations that develop CSIM applications for distribution (generally for sale) outside of the organization. Please contact us for special pricing details.
